Andrew Whitehead has recently joined Parmarbrook as an Executive Director to spearhead our expansion into residential and mixed developments.

Formally Operations Director at Clarkebond and most recently Head of Construction at Criterion Capital, Andrew brings with him a wealth of experience gained from working on major projects in both the private and public sector for consultants, contractors and in development.

A Fellow of both the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institution of Structural Engineers, Andrew has completed many substantial developments in the retail and residential sectors and has spent the last 18 months developing out Criterion’s PRS portfolio, as well as looking after the conversion of the London Trocadero, Piccadilly Circus, into a 760 bed hotel.

Andrew commented:

“I wanted to join somewhere where I felt I could make a significant difference. Founding partner Chetan Parmar’s former experience, as Project Director on the recently completed ‘Walkie Talkie’ building in the City of London, convinced me that Parmarbrook had the right credentials and passion to fulfill this wish. Based at their main studio in the ‘Shoreditch Design Triangle’ I saw an opportunity to be an integral part of something I haven’t experienced for a number of years. That feeling is unique so when you experience it you have to grab it with both hands”
