Planning permission was granted by the London Borough of Merton for the redevelopment of the island site located at 125 High Street, Colliers Wood.

The site currently comprises a 17 storey tower and 5 storey car park. The planning permission allows for the demolition of the existing car park. Plus the conversion of, and extension to, the existing 17 storey tower block to provide: 218 residential units, cafe/bar and a new public library.

The project is currently on site with a 2 year construction programme.
